The rooms are very expensive at first sight but you'll soon realise that most hotels in Paris are this expensive. It is located in an okayish street (made more colourful by the mad old lady who stands on the corner swearing at people who walk past) close to some of the more reasonaby priced eateries and bars. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is good (although all you really get for 12 euros is cheese and croissants) but the rooms are small and uncomfortable, most have showers instead of bathtubs and a can of coke from the miniba will set you back 5 euros.
Basically, for someone who usually stayes in the cheapest hostel I can find, I should have lapped up the luxury but to be honest, at 113 euros per night this place is just a waste of good money.
