Hotel Warwick champs elysee
A mediocre hotel with probably the lest inspiring lobby.
No in room entertainment!
There is SONY LCD TV in the room but only 3-4 wierd channels (3 French and 1 middle east one). Other suppose to have channels all deliver noises and mess signals and the room services just can not fix it.

Le Warwick Champs-Elysees
I am seriously considering staying at the above hotel. I have to decide very soon. I'll be in Paris in two weeks. I can get a nice room there for approx. 145 USD. This is my honeymoon.
Or I can stay at the Galileo Hotel for approx. $165 USD.
Please let me know everything you know (good/bad) about the two hotels.

You might look into www.parisbestlodge.com we are renting a studio apartment for 650 euros a week with full kitchen facilities etc. The one we have chosen is Studio le marais, i think it's neat, centrally located, 4th arrondissement. Thierry the owner answers his email each day so you will get a quick response .

www.tripadvisor.com is a very good resource for Paris hotels and traveler experiences and every conceivable budget. The Warwick only has one traveler comment, and is not referred to in any mainstream travel publications, which might concern you. The Galileo is identified in most travel publications and gets favorable reviews. If you want to consider your options, which are many with the budget inferred from your name hotel choices, tripadvisor.com will be of invaluable assistance. Go to the Paris page and start reading travelers comments on hundreds of Paris hotels.

I didn't find too much info. on the hotel either. Most of the sites that I found of the internet have a high price for the Warwick. So, Im thinking that with $145, it is a very good deal. I think the reason that Galileo Hotel is on TripAdvisor is that it was recommmend by Frommer's Travel Book. But please let me know if you hear anything.

They have great prices for all over PARIS. My fiance and I are staying across the street from the EIFFEL TOWER for $73 a night , with a garden view.
