Cheap and silent place
I was looking for a cheap place to stay one nigth in CS, without any other requirments than a bed for the night. I first went to the "Auberge de jeunesse", the youth hostel in the "Cité", but there I would have to buy a youth hostelling card (15 EUR) to get entrance. So I decided to check out the other place I had found on the internet: Notre Dame de l'Abbaye, 103 Rue Trivalle. This place turned out to be great. It is like some kind of big group resort, but in winter the place was empty and I could get a room for one night. For 16 EUR I got a small but nice room, with bed (blankets and covers included), table, cupboard, table and washing table, full access to showers and toilets. I also got an entrance code for the front door, so I could enter late at night. And the next day I got breakfast. Nice people as welI don't know how this place looks in summer, but in winter it is the best cheap place in town.
Unique Quality: Cheap but nice and clean.
