Peyrac sur mer, est le village voisin de au bord de l'étang de Bages. Deux charmants petits villages, au bord d'un étang dont l'eau est très salée : on voit le sel se déposer sur les plages, et la baignade est beaucoup plus facile qu'en mer ou en piscine.

Peyrac sur mer, is the neighboring village of very close to the pond of Bages. Two charming small villages, very close to a pond whose water is salted very : one sees salt putting down itself on the beaches, and the bathing is a lot easier than in sea or in swimming pool.

........because it's easy to miss, especially if the narrow streets of the old town are crowded. This house is one example.............it would be very easy to walk past and not notice its Medieval features.

The older palace surrounds the sections of the old Palace which enclose the Place de la Madeleine, which has on its East side the Tower of the Madeleine. The earliest section is along its western edge.

"Not about religion"

but yea, this is at the top of Narbonne Cathedral, Saint Just. Wow! the wind plasterred my hair to my head and I almost soared like an eagle from that tower in the sky!

okay, where to start? I lived in France for many years and when I didn't, I was visiting... Narbonne was on my road each year, when I went from Brussels, or Paris or Bordeaux, to Amalfi for the holidays. I didn't visit Narbonne each time of course. But I did visit it twice and really loved it!

please don't write to tell me that Brussels is not in France but in Belgium, I lived in Brussels for years so I know that... it just all gets thrown into the blender one day, years later... okay? VT didn't exist when I was having these adventures...

Anyway, one year I was passing by NARBONNE with my best friend from Bordeaux, we were driving down to Rome and Amalfi, as usual... and she loves climbing, anything!!!
She said "Let's go to the top of Saint-Just Cathedral!!!" and I agreed. I never showed this pic to anyone, looking as I do like some statue, but today I don't care and up it goes. There comes a time in everyone's life where some things don't matter... if you don't believe me, fine. Just wait... haha.

well the view is great! I'll be back later with more. I'm actually checking something on VT about building pages and making tips... ciao!

The cathedral is the must see!!

Narbonne is an old city in the south of France. The real must see is the cathedral of St. Just. You can't miss it in the city centre. In the same area there a also some musea, nice shops and restaurants. Narbonne is nice for a daytrip if you are in that area.......
