Well-placed
A good basic hotel, well-placed for exploring the town and for the airport shuttle (5 minutes from the Gambetta or Atria stops, 10 minutes from the station).
Staff are very friendly and helpful, with good English if required.
My first floor room was well-used but clean, with small en-suite. No air con, but a fan is provided and the rooms have louvre-shutters, so can be kept cool but not stuffy.
The hotel is tucked away on a side-street, so traffic noise is minimal.
Breakfast is 6 euro: bread, preserves, croissant, pain au chocolat, unlimited juice and (good) coffee.
A sound 2* hotel.
