RE: trains or bus to Barcelona

Hi We did the trip from Alicante with change of train in Barcelona to train to Perpigan about 10 years ago, the train was excellent, the little we saw of Barcelona made me wish we were staying there. Hope this helps.
Whilst in Perpignan we did 2 day trips back into Spain, over the Pyranees and onto Andorra right on top of mountain, got there just after midday and the shops closed at 2pm then reopened sometime after 4pm which was a shock. We also went over another day to visit the Salvador Dali museum in a little town, it is in his home and what a sight, he must have been an amazing man, all the things he made and designed , most people know him for his painting and his favourite subject, it flows into some of his other projects. Takes about 2 hours to get there.
Good Luck, Mikebb

Here you are going to visit a city, perhaps you don´t
need anythink special if you rest on the city, but don´t forget you could go many places where it could
be better you take good shoes and a raincoat.

What´s your opinion about this...

by almogaver

What´s your opinion about this wonderful lot of
fruits and vegetables?. The picture was taken in
some street in the village named Agelers, good place
to enjoy the beach.
Don´t forget we are talking about a place near the
Mediterranean Sea, so the best place to enjoy the
' culture ' of the best mediterranean diet.
Here, there are the best wine, fruits and vegetables
to spend looooot of time in the table!!.
Come and enjoy the catalan kitchen, and don´t leave
without a bottle of excellent wine: Côtes du Roussillon or Côtes du Roussilon village, the Corbières, etc......
