We are going to be in Uzes mid -april to celebrate our anniversary. I'd appreciate any suggestions anyone may have about good restaurants in Uzes. something very a propos for an anniversary dinner.

I once stayed at a very nice hotel near Uzes.. Castillon du Gard is the town.. Le Vieux Castillon was the hotel - good dining room. I'm sure it's still there. Remoulins also has a few good places (saw these in a book)... La Taverne (outdoor terrace), Le Castellas, and L'Auberge de St-Maximin. Enjoy the dinner wherever you eat.. I'm jealous!
