Perfect location!
When planning our stay in Nancy we were looking for a hotel that was supposed to be central and reasonably priced (well, rather budget) and we did find a nice list of **hotels on the website of the Nancy Tourist Information. That was the good part, the bad part was that out of the three hotels we sent emails to, only this hotel replied at all!!!
Which is very typical, too, as we found out: the owner was so friendly and helpful, it made up for the little inconveniences mentioned below! We could not have made a better choice and can only recommend this little place to you!

Our room (Nr. 34) faced the rue Stanislas, which was fantastic for the view, but a little noisy in the evening from the restaurants/bars in this section of the street. The room was very small and I hit myself a few times on the edge of the desk while trying to get through the small path between bed and desk. What was most disturbing was that the bathroom door did not close 100%.....
Still, the location (just 50 m from Place Stanislas) and the friendly staff made up for it for sure!
