L'Horizon

L'Horizon is one of the "romantic' hotels it is comfortable; espacially the beds; but a little old fashioned. The rooms are clean,very attractive, fair sized with modern baths. The best part of the hotel is its staff. The Specks certainly know hoh to make you feel cared for. they are also interesting friendly people to talk to.

Unique Quality: I went to Thionville to visit the Maginot line, so it was great that M. Speck is one of the people involved in preserving it. Ireally enjoyed what he had to tell about it.

Directions: Our rental car came with GPS thank goodness. The hotel is on a side street up a hill. It overlooks the town.
