The small town of Lourdes is located at the edge of the Pyrenees on the picturesque southwest region of France.
Pilgrims from all over the world visit this town to answer the call of Our Lady who appeared to Bernadette in a series of apparitions in 1858.
Coming here with my family is very special to me and one of those memories that I will treasure and keep close to my heart for always. Lourdes is one of those places in the world where you feel a special energy that warms the heart.
Faith is a very good thing to have. Faith can take you anywhere, help you be whatever you want to be while at the same time keeping your feet grounded. It reminds you that there`s always somebody watching over you even through the bleakest of times.
Sick pilgrims from all over the world flock to this town to be healed. With skies so blue, with air so fresh and crisp, grass so green, the leaves on trees so orange in the fall and the water in the river so quiet as it runs through the sanctuary. Whether it`s physical or emotional healing that you`re searching for ........I hope you find it in this little town in the the Pyrenees.
