A convenient location
I stayed there for a few nights before the summer.
The room was quite small and the bathroom dark and mouldy. I could hear everything that was going on at night and didn't get much sleep those few nights.
Unique Quality: It is a shame that I should be negative about that hotel as the price (especially judging on the central location) was more than okay and the director/receptionist was helpful and polite.
I will probably not come again as old building means class and beautiful architecture, but it also means tiny bathroom, bad plumbing and paper thin walls.

Just around the corner from the train station
No view but rooftops, but felt we got a good price, and at least had own bathroom & tv, etc. Desk clerk was nice enough and helpful when asked about maps, etc.
Unique Quality: paid 39E for a double room with bathroom (which included bath and toilet) - one of the cheapest hotels we could find in the area around the station. Down a side street, so not as noisy as the street fronting the station. Most hotels close by start at 43-45E.
