excellent location
I stayed in the Ibis Toulouse while on a business trip. The rooms were spartan but functional and the staff was very pleasant. The hotel is very conveniently located a block from Place Joan d'Arc where you can catch the airport shuttle and just a couple of blocks from St. Sernin and Pl. Victor Hugo. I found the northeast side of downtown to be an excellent location for all my adventures.
