Different name, same location
The hotel is now called Ours Blanc "Centre" and all the rooms are now air-conditioned. I found it very comfortable, though minimalistic, with the soundproofing windows up to everything except an amplified band that set up on the corner for the 21 June music festival. Breakfast (vastly overpriced, but very convenient) was served in a small room off the lobby, much nicer than its former location downstairs. The exercise room downstairs is functional, but the sauna and hot tub rooms were serving as storage areas, possibly awaiting renovation.
Unique Quality: It's in a prime location within easy walking of the major sights, without being on a heavily trafficked road.
