Sub-standard
This hotel is sub-standard, particularly considering what is available in the near surroundings, and for a 4 star rating. Food was overpriced. Staff is un-trained - didn't know how to work a Kreditcard without a pin, forgot to hand-out drinks voucher for A club gold card, didn't apologise for forgetting this, mischarging at the bar. Front of hotel is modern, rooms are reminiscent of a fusty UK B&B 20 years ago.
Unique Quality: expensive for little service
