The hotel was rated 3 stars, and the room had everything that you would want – bathroom, TV, minibar, phone, safe, hairdryer, air conditioning etc.
That said, it wasn’t as clean as it could have been (such as a mouldy shower) and the furniture was pretty tired. (That is the thing I have found about French hotels…the number of stars doesn’t ensure a clean room…just that it has certain facilities.)
The staff were friendly though (and English speaking), breakfast was ok (not included in the price) and it was in a great location…..so I would recommend it.
The hotel is situated in a pedestrian zone enclosed by automatic bollards. You can collect a remote control for them from the reception desk and drive in to drop your luggage at the hotel.
There is plenty of street parking nearby, or the hotel has some spaces available at around 8 euros per day.
