we'll arrive from Paris in mid june by train and we will need a car 2 days later for 3 days(we want to attend a rock festival in Clisson so we'll need it for 3 days).
1)where can we rent a car in Nantes?
2)any suggestion on rental companies?
3)how much will it cost for a small car per day?
Plenty of choice in Nantes.
Google for "nantes location voiture" (Nantes - rental - car).
You'll get plenty of addresses. Click on 'véhicules' or 'voitures' to see the cars and their prices. Usually per 7 days but you need to fill out a form to get an offer for 3 days.
I saw around 30-40 euro per day for 7 days, at a glance.
The year 2003 is the 100th anniversary of Tour de France. This game also took place in Nantes on 26th July 2003. It was a pity that it rained a lot.
In summer, you can see many people biking in Nantes because it is a flat city with beautiful view.
ST GILLES is a lovely town near the beach and harbour. You would love to stroll around here, visit some shops and enjoy the nice architecture here. Afterwards: reward yourself with a cola to make your holiday feeling complete! More about ST GILLES you can find in my TRAVELLOGUE!
