Safari park

There is a safari parc near Nantes! Clearly it is not a common situation to find rhinos in the North West of France... It is situated in Port Saint Pere, 20 kilometers from Nantes and is called Planete Sauvage.
Great place to go, at any age. 10 kilometers of safari road, where you will meet lions, elephants, tigers, rhinos and many other wild animals from Africa and Asia.
The entrance is around 16€.

"Wonderful hosts"
We went to Nantes mainly to watch the World Cup Rugby.
Wales played two games here, as did England, Fiji, Canada and Samoa.
They looked after the visiting fans extremely well. Lots of people wondering round handing out leaflets and offering their help and advice.
Big screens around the City showed all the games played in the tournament.
Nantes is the sixth largest city in France, it is in the Western end of the Loire river. It has a large castle/Chateau in the centre. You can take a boat trips along the Loire or visit the Saturday market.
Take the tram they are very cheap and easy to use.
