"Several faces"
Pornichet shows several faces as it has 3 main beaches, which are quite different one from the other. My parents have an appartement at the beginning of Pornichet, which means at the end of the bay of La Baule. Pornichet is less expensive and calmer than La Baule. From there, you have a great view on the bay of La Baule if you are at the beginning of Pornichet. If you go on the other beaches, like Bonne Source, you will feel you are in a very different atmosphere than La Baule. Personnaly, I love this beach. It is just beautiful, calm and has a cool restaurant. I recommand to people going to La Baule to go to Pornichet, just to have another vision of the Bay.
