Auberge de Fontaine (Fontaine-Chaalis): A Small Inn and Excellent Restaurant!
We have stayed here more tha once. It is given a 2* rating by the Logis de France. It has a gourmet quality restaurant that is patronized from Paris. The rooms are properly equipped but somewhat spartan, They are on the upper floor and have sloping ceilings. The owners are as attentive as can be. In part we stay here because of the food as well as its location for nearby car trips and for the qqiet. On our last trip we treated our 4 sons and their wives (our"daughters") to a week in France. We stayed in a simple place on the rue des Canettes , then 2 nights in a Chateau on the Loire (with gourmet table d'hote meals and accompanying wines), with this being a handy stop for them to return flight at de Gaulle in the morning (with quick views of Chantilly and Senlis en route). When the weather is right as you can see dinner can be had al fresco.

Madame Boileau: Excellent B&B or 'Chambres d'Hôtes'
If you wish to spend one or a couple of nights in Senlis in the old part of the town for a very reasonable price and meet a wonderful couple of 'Senlisiens', then I recommend this excellent Bed and Breakfast.
Location is very good + parking place available, extremely quite and a delicious breakfast.
Also ideal if you need to catch a flight in Roissy - Charles de Gaulle in the morning (less than 20 km north from Roissy).
I lived there during more than a month (for business purposes) and enjoyed this peaceful stay.
