This hotel was perfect for our 4-day stay. It is 2 minutes' walk from the station (we arrived by TGV) but in a quiet and clean area. Also just five minutes walk from the Old Port, so ideal to walk out from. Not at all noisy.
New, clean and arty decor. Very comfortable bed.
Good quality breakfast - 12 euros per person - bit expensive but it suited us to breakfast in the hotel before going out for the day - though we didn't avail ourselves of the champagne that was available each morning! No restaurant, though they would get you a sandwich or tray meal. No real need for a restaurant as there is a very wide choice in the old port.
Older or less mobile travellers might find the bath/shower rather high to get in and out of, especially to get out, as the bath is installed presumably with hidden pipework underneath meaning you climb up to get into shower, so have a long way down to get out.
Very clean with fresh linen each day.
We found a deal on the internet (I think through a link from this site???) so the price was very reasonable.
Staff friendly and service good.
Directions: Head out of station and take road opposite. Take first right (at a roundabout) and you will see the hotel ahead of you on the other side of the next road you come to. 2 mins walk. Quiet and clean area. Car park available.
