Great location opposite the yacht basin and an easy walk to the center of town. We would recommend the Frisia, but ask for a room facing the harbor. Bus "100" stops to and from Nice and Monte Carlo) are steps away; SNCF station is a 10 minute (uphill) walk into town. Rooms are small, but adequate and clean. Croissants were the best we ran into in France. No restaurant, but the staff is English-speaking and helpful. Small lift. You won't find the BBC or CNN on your television. Worth its three-star rating but not much more.
