This hideous building stands on the site of the original Palais de Festivals It scars the Croisette, raising crass architectural design to a higher level.
Totally without empathy for its surroundings, legacy or style, one can imagine it being the preferred choice only of people similarly lacking in taste. However it seems busy enough, so there must be no shortage of such visitors.
Probably popular with conference delegates, due to being only a short walk to the convention centre. Do they really care where they are? Next month it will be the Kuala Lumpur Hilton, for the Fifty Third Annual Corporate Freeloaders Conference, delivering a paper on "great nights out I have had on company expenses", or " They say there is no such thing as a free lunch. (Oh yes there is. I've had loads of them)".
Encourage Paris Hilton to do something useful for a living. Insist on staying elsewhere.
Less than 10 minute walk from the Palais des festivals and approximately 30 mins. taxi ride to the Nice airport. Two streets away from to Rue d’Antibes (good shopping). New management. Interesting to see what new changes they will make. - C. Rosenthal
3 wonderful days.
service that is impeccable (correct???) and great location. some people say that the building is too modern but I think that is not that bad. modern and probably not like the Carlton but I was treated very well there.
Unique Quality: place

Located along the southern coast of France is the Cote d'Azur - a holiday paradise where miles of fine sandy beaches blend with the azure Mediterranean Sea. Among the more well-known resort towns in the Cote d'Azur are Nice, Cannes, and Saint Tropez.
Unique Quality: The Noga Hilton faces the Mediterranean Sea on the Croisette. The rooftop terrace restaurant is ideal for evening cocktails and dinner in the mild Mediterranean summer. Wake up in the morning to have breakfast at the patio.
This photo was taken in July 1995 on the beach in front of the Cannes Noga Hilton Hotel where I was attending a medical conference. A lunch was being hosted for delegates to the conference. Along the beach is the Boulevard de Croisette - an elegant street lined with chic boutiques and luxurious five-star hotels.
Directions: On the Boulevard De La Croisette facing the sea
