Hidden Gem of the French Riviera
The Chevredor fit nearly every description that we read. Modern amenities yet maintains its character, historic setting, and fantastic food. We splurged for a room with a view of the sea and it was breathtaking. We stayed a total of 5 days and each time we looked outside, we thought we were looking at a postcard. The food in both the gourmet resteraunt and at Eden were amazing. The staff in the bar was friendly and attentive and it seemed everyone knew us shortly after we arrived. With only 30 rooms and the location a little off the beaten path, we felt relaxed and nicely secluded at night. However, be wary that during the day the village of Eze is flooded with tourists. Your best bet is to leave during the day and work up an appetite and return for an evening of culinary delights.
Unique Quality: Excellent service from a friendly and attentive staff, resteraunts, views of the sea, and modern pool and spa facilities.

Utterly Luxurious and Exclusive
If you are a well-heeled traveler looking for a luxury hotel that is exclusive and private, the "Chateau De la Chevre d'Or" is a good choice for you. Built in the 1920's, this Relais & chateau property has some of the most magnificent and breathtaking views you'll find along the Cote d'Azur. Like other buildings in Eze Village, the outside of the hotel is made of rock and stone and gives a rustic appearance while inside the hotel is lavish and comfortable.
Since we arrived by ship, we visited Eze only for an afternoon and did not stay at this hotel. But I would have loved to tour the inside if it were possible!! The hotel's website has a photo gallery that let's us drool over the gorgeous rooms' decor and the outdoor terraces are something right out of heaven itself!! The hotel does not have its own beach, but does have a heated swimming pool, sauna, gym, bar and 3 restaurants: "Le Grill du Chateau," "Gastronomic "La Chevre d"Or," and Summer "Les Ramparts" which seats its guests under large, white umbrellas on the outdoor terrace.
If you can't be an overnight guest in one of the Chateau's 33 rooms, perhaps you may have a chance for a wonderful meal in one of its restaurants or at least have cocktails at the bar!!
Room prices are quite steep here but expected. If you are making reservations, check whether the prices are per room or per person.
Unique Quality: The luxurious accountrements and magnificent views to be had in this hotel would certainly make it an experience you wouldn't soon forget. The French cooking served in any of its 3 restaurants would also be a highlight for anyone interested in haute cuisine served in the most magnificent setting.

Exclusive hotel with all luxery
this hotel has extravagant prices, but offers it's guests an amazing place to stay. Inside the village with it's own terrace that holds a perfect view towards St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat peninsula. Sad however that a wonderful terrace to be, is closed for public and belongs to the privat priviliges of the hotel guests.
Unique Quality: Special beauty arrangements including many massages and baths are available in combination with this hotel.
