Since we arrived by ship, we visited Eze only for an afternoon and did not stay at this hotel. But I would have loved to tour the inside if it were possible!! The hotel's website has a photo gallery that let's us drool over the gorgeous rooms' decor and the outdoor terraces are something right out of heaven itself!! The hotel does not have its own beach, but does have a heated swimming pool, sauna, gym, bar and 3 restaurants: "Le Grill du Chateau," "Gastronomic "La Chevre d"Or," and Summer "Les Ramparts" which seats its guests under large, white umbrellas on the outdoor terrace.
If you can't be an overnight guest in one of the Chateau's 33 rooms, perhaps you may have a chance for a wonderful meal in one of its restaurants or at least have cocktails at the bar!!
Room prices are quite steep here but expected. If you are making reservations, check whether the prices are per room or per person.
The luxurious accountrements and magnificent views to be had in this hotel would certainly make it an experience you wouldn't soon forget. The French cooking served in any of its 3 restaurants would also be a highlight for anyone interested in haute cuisine served in the most magnificent setting.
