camp La Baume: Awful camp site

Great God, this is an awful place. Lines of statics and roads. Constant noise from the adjacent motorway. Overpriced shops and restaurant. Outdoor swimming pools - surrounded by concrete with no shade, you're not allowed to bring seats or umbrellas, so you lay on your towel roasting in the sun surrounded by hordes of children under 5 and deafened by pop music. Public transport to Frejus is very limietd and a taxi costs Euro 21 each way, so you're completely stranded if you don't have a car. It costs Euro 5 to use the washing machine.
Probably OK if you've lots of kids under 5, but otherwise avoid like the plague!

Crowds, noise, dreariness, noise - and did I say noise?

Hotel Le Flore: Lovely 2-star hotel in Frejus

Carol and I spent five nights at the two-star Le Flore because of her illness. We were welcomed warmly by the owner, Christophe, and his dog Sepia. He speaks excellent English and is very friendly and helpful.
The hotel has 11 rooms and is ideally situated in Frejus Old Town. Our room was very spacious, although on the third floor with no lift. It was comfortable and nicely furnished.
The decor is lovely, and Christophe's collection of automatons and miniature cooking stoves is very interesting.

The main outstanding feature is the owner, Christophe, who is extremely helpful and friendly.
The location is also excellent.

Holiday Green: The Best Campsite on the French riviera.

Since the age of 15 i have been going to the unique camping site Holiday Green for my holidays. I can only describe my stay there over the years as Fantasitic the mobile home locations are individual plots not like other campsites row upon row of mobile homes with little or no privacy set in a beautiful pine forest 10 mins from the golden beaches its a safe enviroment for children with lots of activities run daily to keep the little ones amussed so mum and dad can relax and enjoy a holiday with total peice of mind. The camp site has all you need to enjoy a family holiday if its energetic you seek there is much to do. Or maybe a lazy sleep in the sun by the pool topping up that tan.
Facilities on site include a Laundrete / Bars / Gift shop / Supermarket / Restraunt / Gym / Jacuzzi's /
Massage / kids Club / Mountain Bike Hire / Various Entertaiment / Bakery / Snack Bars / 2 pools one with water slides / plus more.

Accommodation i stay with Nss Riviera Holidays: Excellent Faciities the highest standard of cleanliness i have encountered regarldless of the mobile home i have rented.
outstanding customer service nothing to much trouble.
Simply the best.

Other services Through Nss are Car Hire / Discounted ferry crossings
