Considering the Mandarina Hôtel in Grasse?

Where once the bishop ruled by Pavlik_NL
The skyline of Grasse is dominated by two towers. One is the tower that used to be a part of the bishop's palace, now-a-days the townhall. It is now known as the "Tour de Guet". The large but not that specifically decorated hall is situated directly besides the cathedral. The tower dates back to the 12th century and is made of a red volcanic stone that comes from the "Esterel" mountains near the coast. In the wall a inscription, remembering the poet Bellaud de la Bellaudiere.
