Could you please give the names of the best beaches to go to in Juan-les-pins?

The whole of the length of JLP is just one long beach butlarge swathes are monopolised by the beach restaurant/sunbed concessions. If you mean which of these "rip-offs" is the best, I cant help you there, not my thing. The end furthest away from Cap Dantibes is mostly public.
In my view the "best" beaches are the little sheltered bays around the coast road towards Cap d'Antibes, just before port Oliviette. There are some eccentric world war two landmarks around some but you get away from the commercialised frenzy.
I actually find the Plage de la Garoupe the other side of Cap d'Antibes preferable to JLP but it take s a bit of travel to get to.

Sailing, learning to sail.
Juan-les-Pins has few very good schools for sailing lessons, especially for children. It's also very funny to see how the groups of boats leave the beach and follow one another in little clusters ...
Besides this, one also can do parasailing, waterskiing, speedboating, jetskiing, sailing and just swim in the waters along Juan-les-Pins beach
