Sunglasses and hat not to be forgotten !

depending how you will be travelling ! bags may be more handy to use hiking shoes, sunglasses, sun protecting hat, white T-shirts with sleeves to protect against sunburns on the shoulders protective creams against sunburns for sensitive light skins.
beware of the temperature of the water when bathing in the Verdon (some places are very cold even in Summer) reflex camera for photographing the fauna, the Verdon canyon.
Nights in summer are very nice to experience.
the sky is very pure nearby the Verdon region. look for camping sites in the countryside and not near the beaches as they are overcrowded in summertime.
