This chef is fabulous. Using only the best local materials, this food is representative of the entire Mediterranean area. This town also has one of the best local markets on Friday mornings. Go for the market and spend the afternoon walking the streets and visiting the chateau. Return for a marvelous dinner at Auberge la Feniere! Risotto with truffles nd the white cheese dessert with fresh fruit!
