a cosy hotel not far from the sea
I stayed at hotel chambord off season - and I liked it very well. What I liked in particular is the fact that the hotel is not too large and anonymous... though not family-run it has a familiar feel.
Unique Quality: The rooms I got was nice, though not incredibly spacious or fancy, and seemed to have all I needed. The extra bonus is that they don't have a restaurant, so veryone gets their continental breakfast as room service - by default.
