I spent two weeks in Nice this October. The accommodation was a clean, well equipped studio with enough amenities for the stay. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. My studio was on the back side of the building so there was no extraneous street noise. My only misgiving was the not-so-comfortable foldout sofa bed. This would not stop me from recommending the Aparthotel for long term visits to the area.
There are a few marche nearby to stock up on any necessary food items and almost any simple meal can be prepared from the stocked kitchenette plus an abundance of eateries are nearby.
Once again, the front desk staff was very polite and friendly. I arrived early on a Sunday morning and they proceeded to go ahead and check me in which was a relief after a very long and tedious flight from JFK.
The studio was very clean and everything worked. The cable TV has an assortment of channels (CNN, BBC, DeuscheWelle, TVE, etc.).
