Making friends while studying abroad by b1bob
As much as I was on the go during that trip, I did have the time to make friends. Brad studied French abroad with my group from George Mason university even though he went to V.M.I. (Virginia Military Institute). He was a football player on injured reserve. One evening, Brad's daddy was visiting him and he took us both out for pizza. I've kept up with Brad since then. He's married with 2 children. Sadly, Brad's daddy passed away about 13 years after this photo was taken.
