HELL was my stay at this hotel. A very expensive and special one-off designer dress was stolen by a member of staff at this hotel. Management were very slow to investigate, I was firstly screamed at by the 'head of house keeping', then I was continually being told by Management they were looking for the missing item - when they hadn't even asked what the item was...?? Then, having failed to find the thief working in the hotel that had stolen my dress, MR FOSSALI the 'Manager' promised to reimburse the value of the item if I provided proof of purchase - which I did. He has since never returned an email, never taken a call from me - and of course never returned a call! The only thing he has proven to 'Manage' is supporting thieves in his hotel (as he's shown no concern to resolving this matter or finding the thief he pays wages to) and to be extremely ignorant & rude. Also, a man that gives his word with no intention of honouring it, is no man in my eyes...just a weasel.
DO NOT STAY HERE. PULL UP, LOOK AT VIEW, THEN LEAVE ASAP.....
Unique Quality: THIEVING STAFF WITH IGNORANT, RUDE MANAGEMENT
Directions: DON'T STOP, KEEP DRIVING...!
This hotel lays on the high Corniche and looks out over the Mediterranean sea as well over Roquebrune and Cap-Martin. It is situated on an almost impossible spot, hanging over from the rocks into the deep.
Directions: Take exit "Roquebrune" from the highway A8
View from Vista Palace
Has anyone stayed at the Vista Palace Hotel in Roquebrune between Monte Carlo and the Italian border?
I just booked a room at an amazingly low rate that was too good to turn down. Is it really as cool as the Frommer's review? Every room has a balcony or terrace 1000 feet above the Mediteranean.
Thanks,
Ken
