Have a break, have a mulled wine
The runs are all misty, it's snowing, the temperature has dropped down way below freezing point and your legs start aching? Remember you're not here to break a leg so take a break, stop at a chalet and have a mulled wine, a hot chocolate or a coffee, something to warm you up. Don't rush it and when you're done, go back to meet the weather your batteries recharged. You never know, during your break, the clouds might have drifted away and you could be greeted with a fantastic view.
