Charming Setting Personalized Service

This is a impressive and very charming hotel. The service is personalized and fabulous. The rooms are quaint and accomodating. The staff and owner go above and beyond and in creating personalized service. Everything you would need for an enjoyable ski holiday is located in this hotel. The ski shop in the hotel has knowlegable staff who are accomodating. Every morning you will wake up with your skis strategically placed at the edge of slopes for a quick start to the day. After a day of skiing your boots are tucked into the warming/dryers for a brand new start the following day. The restaurant caters to your culinary desires providing a week of theme dinners (i.e. romantic night, cheese night and the most unbelievable seafood buffet I've ever seen. (see more under food!!) Dinner and breakfast are included with the room and for breakfast . . . there is the best room service for breakfast or you can choose to go to the breakfast buffet. The housekeeping team pride themselves on not just cleaning your room but organizing it as well, it was a treat to have things folded and put away or even displayed! There is also turn down service where towels are exchanged and the room once again organized and fresh. The lounge has the best bartenders and they serve meat with cheeses, along with nuts to help with your cocktails.

Unique Quality: Ski-in Ski-out with not to mention there is an indoor pool/jacuzzi/steamroom/sauna and spa (although I do not recommend the spa services-Not good). This hotel is nestled right in the village next to everything. The views from the room are wonderful no matter if you face the village or the slopes.
