Lovely hotel, great area!

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel. When we arrived, at 3:30pm, our room wasn't ready, but we were offered complimentary drinks in the bar while we waited for our room. My dad was also staying in Paris and he was given a free drink while we waited too!
Breakfast was great, nice surprise to find it was included in our rate. If you like chocolate (like I do) then you must try the brownies, I know it's not what you'd normally eat at breakfast, but they were very tasty. :)
Rooms were a nice size, my dad was staying at The Westin, and his room was smaller than ours was.
Beds were very comfortable.
Only complaints I would have would be the following,
1 - My husband kept getting bitten by some bugs that were in the room, so that made him quite uncomfortable.
2 - Only one english speaking channel, they also advertise pay per view movies, but this isn't the case.
All staff were very helpful, maybe just a bit slow at times, but this seems to be the norm in Paris, everybody seems to take their time with things, nobody in a hurry.
My dad took us to a FANTASTIC restaurant at La Tour D'Argent, near Notre Dame, VERY expensive, but worth every penny.
All in all it was a great trip and we'd probably stay at this hotel again.
My birthday - ruined!!

We booked this hotel to celebrate my 40th birthday. Their website advertises their wonderful Michelin star restaurant. We made a reservation for the Saturday evening. When we arrived at the restaurant in the evening, would you believe it was CLOSED! and they had no record of our reservation, and further we were told that they no longer hold their Michelin star rating. There was no management at the hotel all weekend to be able to lodge our complaint. That aside the actual hotel appears lovely and the rooms very comfortable.
Great Place to Stay (but small)

Stayed there for 3 nights. Very friendly staff and nice location(about a 7 min walk to the metro). Room was fairly small (actually very small) with carpet and walls which were a little run down. Did not look like what we were expecting from the pictures on their web site with the hardwood floors (perhaps those are only the suites)? The bed however was nice a soft with nice fluffy pillows to match. Booked on Expedia with Breakfast included which was nice.
Superb hotel

Stayed for 3 nights in a superior room just after christmas. The room was nicely decorated and adequate for a 3 night stay. The bed was one of the comfiest we have slept in. A nice touch was the 'lolly and weather forecast' left for the next day.
Breakfast was excellent. Staff were lovely. Location unbeatable. Will definately be returning!
Eiffel Tower View

My wife and I went on a two night stay via Eurostar, selecting the hotel from their listings.
The hotel was really nice and the staff very friendly from the moment we arrived. The dining room for breakfast was excellent as was the food. The reception rooms are very relaxing as was a drink at the bar before we went out in the evening.(A little pricey though). The location of the hotel is as good as it comes but away from the noise and bustle.
A major factor of a stay is the hotel bedroom which though a little small was very well furnished and the bed most comfortable.
The only downside was the toilet suite separate from the bath and shower. However this was well compensated for by the fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower lit up in the distance.
A wonderful boutique hotel

My wife and I have just returned from a two night stay at the Hotel Castille. We had booked a duplex room, and it was lovely . . . a very comfortable queen bed, two bathrooms and the bonus of a view of the Eiffel Tower ! The buffet breakfast was lovely, and the staff friendly and helpful, especially Mekki the Concierge. The location is practically unbeatable, and for cocktail fans like me being walking (staggering ?) distance from both Harry's Bar and Bar Hemingway in the Ritz was a joy. A fantastic hotel that we would visit again in a heartbeat.
