Be careful..

For location and price for what we had booked, this hotel (though we had booked it thinking it was a hostel!) was good. Rooms were simple and it was very easy to get the tram into the town centre. Was by no means the worst accommodation we have ever stayed in but basically, you got what you paid for.

Problems, meanwhile, were more memorable!! Despite having our reservation printed out (which we handed in upon arrival), they gave us the wrong rooms for our stay. Not that we realised it at the time, but we had been 'upgraded' to rooms with 'better' bathroom facilities.. Yet, the shower was really awkward!! It was only shoulder height when you stood up! lol. When we went to pay, when we were leaving, they tried to charge us twice the price that we had been quoted - as they had 'upgraded' our rooms without us realising! Still, after some confusion on both sides and stubbornness on our side, we only paid what we had agreed initially.

When we arrived home, the website we had booked the accommodation through e-mailed and asked us to review the place- which we did, honestly as we saw it. We gave it a marginally better than average review but we felt, that from our personal experience, that this was fair. However, within a few days, the hotel e-mailed me on my PERSONAL e-mail address giving out to me for giving them a bad review!! Very rude of them I thought... And also accused me of being noisy and them then having to give discounts to other customers because of the disruptions i had caused.. Which, unless i was sleepwalking in a very aggressive manner, did not happen!!!

So just warning anyone else that may stay there, the rooms themselves are simple but fine and the location is good but if you don't like how things are there, beware, you may get an earful for it...
