Landgasthof KREUZ: HERZLICH WILLKOMMEN......

I just had dinner here, but it was not the hotel the Tourist Office had booked for me.....so after dinner I went to bed someplace else!

Bit this seemed to be a wonderful place too....

A good idea to save the address and share it with you!



Unique Quality: As you can see this fine LANDGASTHOF is a quiet and perfect place to have a good night's rest after a tiring day in e.g. AUGSBURG.

They deserve ** but inmho ***......

I only had dinner there once and the atmosphere was so friendly and the service so superb that I can recommend this place to you.

There is a lovely garden and terrace where in summer you can have your meals and drinks....

KAKOBERHOF: MY PLACE, YOUR PLACE......

This was a perfect place to stay....reservation made by the Tourist Office in town......

They know where there are vacancies.....it makes things so much easier, especially when you arrive late in the afternoon and feel too tired for an expedition to find a place to sleep!!

It saves time, precious time.....which can better be used for sightseeing, having a beer or coffee, tea or hot chocolate at a pleasant place.....

The room here was spacious, cosy, had everything a tired guest could wish for....



Unique Quality: The breakfast facilities were fine: an atmospheric room, plenty of seats and.....a rich buffet, and isn't a perfect BREAKFAST a good start of the day ??

LINDERHOF: GASTHOF - PENSION

Book here for a pleasant stay in Augsburg!

The rooms have showers and toilets, telephone and television....and a good, comfortable bed!

There is also a restaurant and....a Pilsstube, where you can have a few drinks before crawling under.....

In the morning a nice breakfast awaits you in the cosy, atmospheric breakfast room..........

HOTEL GARNI LANGEMARCK: GESUND UND AUSGERUHT IN DEN NEUEN TAG....

This is a perfect ** hotel and from own experience I know that you won't find much more in e.g. a *** hotel!

As a matter of fact the hotelroom is just to sleep and have sweet dreams after a great day in town!

All rooms a fully equipped.......

They look neat and atmospheric and ....there are some special rooms with FRANZ?SISCHEN BETTEN (whatever that may be!) where you will sleep still better....

The hotel is in the western part of AUGSBURG, where it is quiet and nice......and yet it is only a few minutes' walk to the city centre, 5 km. to the Highway and only 8,5 km to the Airport.......



Unique Quality: BUT most SPECIAL is this message:

whenever you stay there and have parked your car there you (and all other guests with you) can use the public transport (buses and trams) FOR FREE...............isn't that Service with a Capital S ????

ALTSTADTHOTEL ULRICH: EXCLUSIVE.....

This really is EXCLUSIVE and very special but....why not?
Haven't we all our special days each year that we wish to celebrate and remember-for-ever??

This hotel has everything a (tired)(spoiled) guest could expect or wish for!

Lovely rooms, where the bed are made in that specially German way, with the pillows upright in a triangle.....

Needless to say that the breakfast will even seduce the most fervent non-breakfaster.....

This City is now 2000 years old ? young ? and has lots on offer and is situated in the ALTSTADT, only a few steps away from the MAXIMILIANSTRASSE, the shopping "mile".



Unique Quality: There are 33 rooms, 14 of which are non-smoking rooms.....and have everything you may expect from such a special place!

GASTHOF HOTEL HIRSCH (the DEER): PLACE TO DREAM.....

This too, is a wonderful place...

Not in the city centre but somewhat quieter and....near to AUGSBURG.

A lot to say for such a fine place !!

Frau Rosina Langenmeir will be your HOST and...a perfect one....

Her "gem?tliche G?stezimmer laden zum bleiben ein" which means that her rooms are so lovely that they simply beg you to stay one, two....three nights longer and....the cuisine is soooo exquisite!!

EBER'S WOLFSKLAUSE: NIGHTY NIGHT.....

Hartmut J. Eber will be your HOST here and I guess a very fine one!

Someplace in a narrow alley, very atmospheric and soooo inviting looking that you won't be able to pass by!!

The smells from the restaurant where exquisite meals are prepared will make you stop.......and make reservations!

PARK HOTEL SCHMID: SLEEP IS A NECESSITY OF LIFE.....

Hier gibts SCHW?BISCHE GASTLIGKEIT and of course a very fine cuisine!

There is a SAUNA and a SWIMMING POOL, with waterfall and jacuzzi and more of these "wet" things to enjoy!

There are 94 rooms, fully equipped with everything a (sometimes / often) tired guest could wish for.....needless to say that the service is also perfect!

You will really feel THE GUEST here.

The Fuggerei.: The Fuggerei.

Unique Quality: Housing for the poor that was established by a wealthy business family and is noted for it's vines that grow all around the buildings.
