Hotel Graupner
The first time we visited Bamberg we stopped in a brewery hotel, this time it was one above a chocolate and cake shop, again a struggle to leave the building. Rooms nicely decorated and very comfortable with a good buffet breakfast included in the price (no cakes!)
Ask for a room at the back, ours was a little noisy but, we did have the windows open.
