The Lost Reservation
I chose this hotel for it's closeness to the railway station and to the township. It was also reasonably priced. I booked a room via email from the address on their website. I received a confirmation email back from them.
Upon arrival at 10pm one dreary night, I was informed at reception that they had no record of my booking. I showed them their original email and they admitted that there had been an error.
They had no real rooms free, but they produced some fold out beds which they set up in the "Wellness Area", which contained the spa and sauna etc. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, but it was strange to sleep in that room. I guess it was better to sleep there than walk around in the dark trying to find another hotel.
I would definately suggest confirming your booking with this hotel before you arrive.
Unique Quality: Beautiful breakfast area looking out onto the surrounding hills. They have a sauna, spa, solarium and even a masseuse.
