Take a stroll down the Marienplatz.As much of a tourist trap as it seems, we enjoyed watching the clock tower when it struck the hour. I'm not sure I can explain it, but this is a 10-minute event. The clock chimes a song while life-sized figures spin around in the center of the tower. I've heard that someone had the opportunity to actually ride on one of the mechanical horses, just like a merry-go-round, but that could have been a rumor.To be honest, I don't even know the name of this building. I want to say it was the Glockenschpiel -- I know that must be misspelled (someone please tell me the real spelling). But I can't be sure what it was called. I just know it was a great site to see.
