The hotel gave the impression of a travelling businessman's hotel. It seemed that quite a number of guests carry laptop computer or busy on their mobile phone.
The front desk is efficient as well as the business center. The breakfast selection was also varied and the waiters were attentive.
The hotel is located in a residential area, across a park. And is close to a tombstone maker. Rooms are clean and well furnished with TV and minibar. The hotel has an indoor swimming-pool, Bierstube with Bavarian specialties and a good restaurant. Breakfast is expensive (17,50 EUR), but it's a very huge buffet with a good choice of cold and warm meals.
What I liked most about this hotel was the direct access via a door in the lobby to a shopping center and the S-Bahn station "Rosenheimer Platz" (only 3 stops away from the old city).

The enormous space of the Superior single was completely savored after my 3 week adventure in Europe.
Amenities included parking, indoor pool, hottub, fitness center and sauna, helpful staff, and only 30-minutes to FJS airport via autobahn.
Indoor pool closes at 9:00pm, so get back to your hotel room early if that's planned.
Have clear directions to this hotel before you go, or enjoy the sites of Munich as you erringly explore many strasses near it.
After 3 weeks, my sense of direction was a bit off the mark, but a most patient concierge was ultimately successful as we both had a last minute tour of many unseen areas in München. This is a nice, little, family-owned hotel in the suburbs. It does, however, have all of the conveniences a simple tourist like me needs: a soft bed with clean sheets, a warm shower in each room, and a small restaurant serving a light breakfast -- all for around 90 Euros (US$110) per room per night for one adult.
The hotel has an old, charming feel, as it was built in the late 1800s. You may borrow one of the many bicycles there for touring the city. Coffee and tea are available all day in the lounge; also a bookshelf to select a good read from, many languages! The included breakfast was excellent, large choice of foods. Rooms with lovely high ceilings, spacious and cold as heat was off and temperature was down. But cozy feather duvets chased the chill.
Clean, neat hotel. If we ever return to Munich we would stay here again. It's right by the Octoberfest park. Good rates.
The neighborhood is just off a main street but was quiet. Large beautiful old homes all around. Is nice place. The rooms are great. You can rent a bike in that place for only US$11 dlls by day.
