Getting there... by CandS
We took a train to Munich from Salzburg. The trip took about three hours but we had some wonderful scenery along the way.From Munich we took a couple of day trips - Fussen was around a two hour trip and Rothenburg was a four hour trip.
Then we took the train from Munich to Venice. It was an overnight train and took around nine hours.
