Hotel Herzog Wilhelm, Munich, Germany - Reviews and Hotel Information

$80 Euro/night/Double Bed. This was quite a decent hotel, the service was polite and gracious. The breakfast was filling and fresh. The location is outstanding, very close to the Sendlinger Tor U-Bahn stop and a short 10 minute walk to Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt, etc. Considering the options in the rest of the city we were very pleased and would likely stay here again. This location would be phenomenal for Oktoberfest.

Small room (403), on the road. The road is quite quiet but there were people in the park across the street into the wee hours of the morning. Kept hearing bottle caps bounce on the pavement. Typical German bathroom, very small and efficient. The elevator is very slow, don't use it unless it is already on your floor.
