We found this small hotel from D.K.'s book 'Great Places to Stay in Europe'.
Walking distance to the Deutsches Museum, the largest technology museum in the world, and to the old down center.
The hotel is full of antique furniture, yet some parts are run down.
Tram stop is right in front of the hotel, you can take it to the old town center, or even to the Nymphenburg Schloss.
No elevators, be prepared to carry your luggage to your room, or the staff could help.
