The hotel is located very close to the main station which makes it a perfect location to explore Munich and surroundings during a short stay. The street it's in is full of hotels and hostels and around the corner there's cheap snack places ... which means that this street is not the quietest in Munich.
Most rooms have a balcony (but everytime I was in the hotel it was raining so we used it only for smoking). The view from there is not very nice though.
The breakfast buffet was very nice and included all kinds of bread, cereal, fruit etc as well as warm stuff (They even serve Weisswurst!). You could have breakfast between 6:30 to 11 so you have time to sleep in and still have breakfast.
