Business Traveller

It is a service apartment, mosly cater for business traveller. Location is ok if one doesn't mind to take the bus which a bus station just right in front of the hotel itself. The nearest U-bahn station (subway) takes around 15 to 20 minutes walk distance.
There is a Chinese and Italian restaurant just next door and a bakery shop across the street.
Room is rather small but very clean. Though the staffs shows real German spirit, I won't mind if they can offer a little bit smile.

Another budget hotel in Munchen

The hotel is clean and well maintained, open 24h/day at reception.
Rooms have electronic card-key and some (if not any?) have a small kitchen-corner with sink, refrigerator, microwave and electric cooker - good for preparing simple hot-meals.

The Internet access was available ONLY via Wireless, but at prices quite big for some short connections; previous years they also had it free via cable, but.... Anyhow, 200m away on the street if is an Internet-cafe with 1.5 EURO/hour (as of March 2007).

The location is not very close to sub-way stations, you will have to rely on the 55 bus to get you to Ostbahnhof - from there you have a large range of options with public transport. If using a car, please take care that the neighborhood is quite cars-crowded and at night most street parking places were occupied. They have anyhow lanes for bikes, and I saw even when snowing quite a lot of persons of different ages going in the morning by bikes.

Unique Quality: Hard to say if there is something unique.... maybe is to appreciate the neighborhood that is quiet... but this depends on the person :)

Cheap and nice stay

Stayed here with my family for 3 nights in July 2006. Payed € 59 pr night plus €19 for kitchnette equipment plus €7 for safe parking in the garage.

The apartment was spacious; an entre with kitchnette and bathroom, one sleeping room on the first floor and one sleepingroom on the second floor. Nice and well equiped, but not luxurisous but well worth the price.

Can be recommended as a budget place to stay

It is too Expensive

Please search another hotel not this one. I was in Business visa in Munich and my company was paying for it. It is too expensive. 1530 Euros per month plus one time cleaning charge or 140 euros when you leave. For the short stay I feel you should look some ohter hotel.

Unique Quality: You will get your personal appartment like kitchen and refrizator and TV etc..
