We were advised by a local so forgive us if these are incorrect:1)You seat yourself. You don't wait for a hostess.
2)You ask for your bill when ready you're ready to pay. You will not receive your bill otherwise.
3)For tips, round up your bill. You don't need to tip 15% because waiters/waitresses don't rely on tips for their livelihood like they do in the U.S.
4)Most drinks are served a room tempature.
