The hotel is into the pedestrian area, so if you move by public bus you have to walk about 5 mins from the bus stop. The rooms are not really big but they are confortable. I didn't have the frigo bar into the room (it can happen), but who cares? There was the vault into the room that it can useful if you have cam and cash. The staff was good and it's easy to comunicate in english. The breakfast in the morning was really big...lots of things to eat, from eggs and ham to croissant with marmelade. If you like to do a big breakfast this is the place for you. There is a pc with free internet access (that is good if you want to check mails..even if i was on holiday so i used the pc just a little bit), and there is a good(very good)SPA area downstairs. There is the sauna, the jacuzzi and the solarium. They are all for free (except the solarium that costs 3 euros, so it's really cheap). It's great to relax into the jacuzzi after a day walking and i just can imagine how great it'd be during winter when outside there is the snow!!
Very very good and big breakfast, the Spa resosrts ( i loooved the jacuzzi...great place to relax), and the location that is really close to the castle and into the pedestrian area. The area is safe and quiet so you can sleep well during the night.
