how often does the train from frankfurt to nuremberg run,i am flying to frankfurt and need a rail connection on wed 7th november.I also return on 9th november?? also how much is a return ticket & where can i book it online.

There will be several options for frankfurt flughafen, select Fernbahnhof (long distance train station) and Nuremberg Hauptbahnhof as your destination.
Trains at 0835, 0936, 1001 (I didn,t look at later times but 1 hour is the maximum between trains as a rule) and at present savings fares available if you book online at E29 instead of E47. If you print off your ticket at home you need to produce the printout as well as the credit card you used on the train, the conductor will want to see both when he comes around looking at tickets.
If you are up for a theater night, you can visit the very beautiful Opera House. Check with their schedule beforehand because some shows may sell out early. Their webpage (but in German only)

This monument by Jürgen Weber (1928-2007) reproduces the Ship of Fools, a theme developed from the satyrical book Daß Narrenschyff ad Narragoniam by Sebastian Brant (1457–1521), published in Basel in 1494.
Every time I go to Nürnberg I have to spend a night at the Barfüßer! It's really a fantastic place, a bit like the HB for München, but with much less tourists and lots of local people. They brew their homemade beer, which is really good and then you can eat the classic Bavarian food, which is really great!
Of course, since you are in Nürnberg, the rostbratwurst are a MUST also here!
It's really big, very hot inside, and so it's not so difficult to find a free table expecially in Summer.
If you want to have a happy Franconian night, with litres of beer and good food, THIS is the place where to go! Rostbratwurst of course, 12 stück! :)
And the great Apfelstrüdel for desser!
Beautiful indeed, it was erected between 1385-96. The fabled (and often replaced) brass ring is to be found on the southwest flank.
