Friendly Stay
I write this four days before my fourth stay here, for a week this time: it's a bit like an old friend. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Special points are noted below. I have given it a score of five - wouldn''t have done this if it didn't deserve it!
Unique Quality: Staff incredibly friendly and helpful.
Nice, safe area, though near an unobtrusive main road.
Fantastic shopping centre, including a supermarket, 200 metres away.
600 metres from the main railway station.
Great breakfasts!
Excellent main meals, but for the evening meal we go out of the hotel, and down the road facing the hotel - the bar is almost on the corner. However, on the nights they are closed we eat in the hotel quite happily. Will update the bar name in a couple of weeks!
